The Fighting Irish are being asked to do too much this season. Sure, CJ Carr's return is a big plus, but can he repeat his gaudy numbers with some of those receivers playing their first year at this level? I'm not convinced. And what about the defense? They've got the talent, no doubt, but they still have to prove themselves in crunch time. I think the hype is getting ahead of itself here.
